Pancake Party - AKA The annual tossing championships

This annual pancake fest is always an event not to be missed... and 2007 was no exception!! I arrived to find Katrina hard at work cooking three pancakes all at once, clearly an expert in the art of the perfect pancake! With every topping you could possibly fancy - savoury, sweet, sour or spicy - to choose from, there was something to tickle every taste bud. The tossing activity was slow to start, but a few of us eventually got stuck in and soon mastered the art... in a fashion anyway! As the night progressed we stuffed our faces until we could eat no more and sat around partaking in a good old gossip. Needless to say I cant repeat some of the topics raised, particularly by our very own Potentials Secretary! All I can say is you should have been there :-) A top tossers night was had by all... the pancakes were deliciously hot n sticky, and the conversation somewhat hot too! Roll on 2008.
