Bulletin Editorial Team Co-ordinator

Consolidates information received by Chair, Membership Secretaries and Events Co-ordinator and puts this together in a template which is e-mailed to the printers. There is a rota of 4 bulletin editors but the team co-ordinator has ultimate responsibility for the bulletin being printed on time.

Chairperson

Oversees the general running of the club. Chairs and prepares the agenda for monthly committee meetings and ensures the smooth running of all aspects of the club by assisting the other committee members in their roles.

Jeanette Passey
Events Co-ordinator

Politely encourages members to host events every month. Ensures the diary sheet is updated and event details are sent each month to the Bulletin Editor.

Alan Bull
General Member

Provide assistance and cover to Committee Members. These roles are intended to provide an introduction to the Committee and are ideal for new members. In the first instance they should support the two biggest roles on the committee; the membership secretaries and the events co-ordinator.

Tracy Dixon

Karen Williams
Membership Secretary, Members

Responsible for the membership database, handling renewals, produces the quarterly membership lists and the bulletin address labels every month.

Julie Howerska
Publicity Officer and AIVC Liaison Officer

Responsible for club's advertising and producing posters, leaflets and liaising with local newspapers and magazines.

Fiona Dale
Secretary

Records minutes of the committee meetings and deals with any inter-club correspondence.

Irene Morelli
Treasurer

Looks after the finances of the club ensuring our money is spent wisely!

Alex Rogers
Vice Chairperson

Assists the Chair in fulfilling his/her responsibilities and co-ordinates Committee parties.

Ben Thompson
Web Officer

Designs and maintains the Club web site.
